What a good one needs

a real thing they did with tech — used a product long enough to know it, switched, built something, had something fail on them — plus a take they'd argue, and at least one specific in-use moment or spec as proof (the exact thing that happened, the number they actually hit, the day it broke). This profile openly does not do spec-sheet recitals or news explainers: no lived use, no script.

The interview

    The product, app, setup, or build, and your real use: how long, for what, how much.

    What's your take, the one thing you'd argue about it?

    The claim you'd defend: it's overhyped, it changed how you work, it failed you, the cheap one is better, say why.

    The one moment in use that proves your point?

    The day it broke, the task it nailed, the number you actually got, the exact annoyance, the specific that settles it.

How it works
