What a good one needs

a clear take (the one thing they'd argue about the place or the food), at least one specific dish with a real sensory detail as proof (taste, texture, temperature, portion, price), and a real verdict (would they go back, would they send someone). The place must be named or nameable.

The interview

  1. 01

Where did you eat (name and city/area), and what did you order?

The place by name, and the dish or dishes, as exact as you can.

  2. 02

What's your take, the one thing you'd tell someone about it?

Worth the hype, hidden gem, robbery, one dish carries the menu, say why.

  3. 03

The one bite, dish, or moment that decided it?

The first bite, the wait, the price on the receipt, the thing you'd order again, the detail that made your mind up.

How it works

  1. 01Answer the questions above, in the app, about the real thing.
  2. 02Postbarrel asks the follow-ups a sharp interviewer would, if an answer is thin.
  3. 03Read back a script built only from what you said, with delivery notes — then film it from the built-in teleprompter, or record right there.

Every line traces back to your answers. Postbarrel never invents an opinion, a claim or a story on your behalf, and it never makes the video — you show up and say it.
