What a good one needs

a real practice or idea they personally tried or lived with — a habit run for real weeks, a philosophy actually applied, a change actually made — plus the concrete shape of it (what exactly, for how long), one specific moment where it showed up in real life, and the honest result including what didn't change. This profile openly does not do guru content: no lived experiment, no script. Peer walking the path, never a sage on a stage.
